Silly Sunday

Well it is Sunday and I think I am really in need for a rest day. Yesterday was great. I had a fun time at the Kentucky Derby Party. We went to friends house for a BBQ last night, then we played the Marble Game. It was a close game. The men won by one marble.

Good Morning Elizabeth,

I didn't do a whole lot yesterday. A friend came and got me, and we went and had a coffee yesterday afternoon. It was nice to get out of the house. I'm going to try and get a small walk in today. Right now I don't feel like doing much of anything. I was up and down so much last night.  Trying to get comfortable to sleep is hard. I ended up on the couch about 2:30 this morning playing on the computer. I did get a bit of a nap this morning. Thank goodness for coffee. I would be lost without it. I hope you all have a great day.

Cant believe the weekend is just about over and back to work for another week....ugh.

I did make it to the gym this morning and took this 24 SET class. I realized even with a lot of the weight off I still have no coordination when it comes to aerobic classes. Nevertheless, I finished it and I feel good about that.

I think I might take a drive up to Newport, have a gift certificate for one of the malls up there..

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.  I returned to one of my favorite Saturday morning activities.  I went to the Farmer's Market for the first time since my surgery.  Hurray!  Had a great time, but spent to much money.  Oh well it was all on good sustainable food.

I had to work yesterday but hubby stayed home to watch the fight with my brother. He has to work today and I am staying home because the little one is sick with fever, but she is doing better. We may even venture outside for a little bit to get some fresh air on this beautiful California spring day. Our new farmers market/Markethall opened yesterday in Hercules. I didn't go for a couple of reasons. One, I thought it wasn't opening until 330 but apparently it was open all day, and there was just waaay too many people. I will wait until next week.
Otherwise, doing well. Have my second follow-up tomorrow morning with Dr.Chin. to discuss lab work. WIsh me luck!
