need help after 5 years!

Hi  yesterday was my 5 year anniversary. i've gained 50 pounds in the last 2 years. I need help!

I have not been out long enough to really know, but I have heard other people say go back to the basics. Eating Protein first. Good Luck in getting the weight off.

You may like to try the 5 Day Pouch test... seems to work for a lot of folks. Maybe add in some walks too. I'm 3 1/2 years out and reelit in with added exercise and going back to protein first... I shrink my meals and replace with protein shakes.

I am 3 years out,  start at the basics, eat some protien, then veggies. You may also want to replace a meal with a protien shake.  Walking is an exellent way to shed pounds and to maintain weight, the main thing is to drink water water water lol,  keep in touch

I understand your weight gain. My 5 year anniversary is next month. I have gained 20lbs in the last 2 years. I have basically up my walking, trying to get in an hour (at least), water, protein first & veggies.
