It is so important to believe in yourself. Believe that you can do it, under any cir****tances. Because if you believe you can, then you really will. That belief just keeps you searching for the answers, and then pretty soon you get it.

tomorrow's luncheon and time with my friends
that my body continues to lose weight

Im thankful for my beautiful family.

I am thankful I am not on to phase three eating.
