ITS MORNING ALREADY
Good Morning Group.
this is will very short. I didn't get home until after 2 this morning, DD is back in the hospital because of her blood pressure. They didn't get her a room until 2 and that was when I came home. Now off to work. UGH. Should be a fun day. Don't you think?

Oh crap Lu. I'm sorry about DD again. You both can't seem to get a break. Get yourself home tonight and get to bed and get some rest. Don't run yourself into the ground. Make sure you take care of yourself as well as worrying about everyone else.
Nothing much going on here today. Got fitted for contact lenses yesterday. I used to wear them for years and years but when I developed far-sightedness as well as near-sightedness I couldn't get clear vision with the lenses so it was back to glasses. So, talked to the eye doctor and we decided to try what they call mono-vision. Near sighted in one eye, far sighted in the other. Basically, eventually your brain retrains itself to deal with the differences and merges the two eyes to work together. Well got into the office this morning with them on and they are out already. I couldn't even see the darn computer. I think I will try to adjust to them while I'm off from work and not having to be looking up and down so much. I know it will take several days for my brain to adjust but I can't do that at work. Lesson learned.
Company arrives tonight at 7PM. Mike will pick them up at the airport and I will wait at home putting the final finishing touches on the house. A quick vacuum and picking up. Making sure their room is already for them. I also want to set up my crockpot for the dinner I have planned for tomorrow night. I'm making the most delicious Crockpot Cranberry Pork Roast. It is so delicious. Yum. I don't make it often because it's just too much for Mike and I to eat. It will be nice to have company in the house. We just never do that so it will be very different for us.
OK, time to get busy. Work awaits me. Sales tax audit for a client today so I need to set up all the paperwork in the conference room. Audits are always so much fun. NOT. Hope everyone has a great day. And Lu, I love you, go take a nap.

I've had a lazy day. Works well with the rain and hail we got today. I did go to a class at work this morning. It was actually very interesting. Learned a few things. Went to Target and spent some money. I love target, I could of bought more, but I have to control myself. Not much else on the agenda for today. Back to work tomorrow after being off for 5 days. It went by way to fast. Oh well. I only have 5 more shifts and then I have surgery and will be off for nearly 3 weeks. How fun. Hope you all had a great day.

Good evening everyone! I spent the day with my grand kids so I did not have time to post this morning and my son took his lap top with him to work today. (Darn him!) I had fun with the kids today. When we say grandma Devon says "Gra" so I am going to take that as her version of Grandma! Ryan wanted to come home with me until "Night-Night time". I told him he would have to do it another day. Lisa and I took the kids to Raley's when she got home and when we were done it was getting late. Grandpa is getting strawberries in his garden and wants Ryan to come over and help him pick them one day this week.
I hope your sister gets better soon Lu, like the others have said you have to take care of yourself.
