Good Morning....FRIDAY!!!!!!!

Its Friday. YAY!!  Im off this weekend. Oh how sweet it is....

So Thumb update....OUCH! wow, this thing still hurts and still so puffy, I am not sure if it catching or not, cause I can not move it very much. When I got home from work, I iced its for like an hour and all that did was take the fever out of it for a few hours. UGH!

This weekend is my Knotts Berry Farm Walk. Its there frist so I don't have a clue whats it going to be like. The post the route the other day, and from what I can tell, we will not be in the park at all. Just using the parking lots. OH well! Guess they can name it anything they want right?

Barb.........Oh Dang I hate when Joint comes around, we spend 4 weekend getting ready for there 4 minutes walk throu. But you are right, they do keep us on our toes and without them, I can only fear what some places would be like. Talk about mid eval times.  You should do the pop band. Why not, have fun and rock it. LOL

Monica........hey what is the news on your state forced  vacation days? Have you heard? Ours end in June, if we have our "hours" done that is. WOW!. is she really 2, its seems like only yesterday you had her. Congrats on making this far. LOL

Steph........Dang girl its after noon what are you doing still in bed? lol....So did you all get out early yesterday? I talked to a friend last night at 8 and she was still waiting to hers done. I always go early cause I dont like to rush. Now didn't forget the pat on the head, I know you can do it. Oh and Thank you! for your support. Every penny helps. You rock!!

Kimmie.........I must not have heard about your jacket and what all you are doing, but I can't wait to see the finished project. Sound like you are putting alot of work into it with ton of pride. I so understand the caffeine drip, some days that is not even enough. Hope you was able to sleep last night.

Gus.....hey ITS FRIDAY!! Enjoy you time.

Elizabeth.......how was your time with the babies? I am sure you are on baby overlaod with a large smile on your face. I hope they are both feeling better today and that they are not getting sick. Its so hard to see the littles sick, you feel so helpless and wish you could do more for them.

Eileen.......I hope you have a great 5 days off, enjoy your time in SF and don't forget to send ME something. LOL

Ok kids, time to get moving, coffee shower, feed the kids and kepp the eye on SUNDAYS walk in the park. LOL

Good morning everyone! 

Lu you may have an infection if your thumb is hot. Try soaking it. That is what my DH tells me to do when I have an infection in my fingers. Whenever I get a cut it seems it gets a little infection.

I had a good day with the babies even if they were a bit cranky. I do tend to get  more kisses and lovins when they are cranky. LOL

Well not much planned for today. I am getting a pedicure this afternoon and my face waxed. I am trying to decide if I want to run to Modesto this morning to go to Macy's. I probably won't. I really need to get a good bra. (I know TMI).

Lu- Good luck with that thumb of yours.  It needs to heal so that you can life your life with comfort.  Good luck with your walk on Sunday and enjoy Knotts Berry Farm.  Would it be cool to have an Cali OH get together there? 

Cali- Last night, I went to get my nails done.  I'm glad I spared you all from having to look at them; they were that fugly.  I really could not afford it but got them done anyway.  I am much happier and my nails no longer snag my knitting. 

Speaking of knitting,  I should be done with the 2nd sleeve of the jacket this weekend.  I am going to get some assistance sewing this up and might even look at some buttons.

Saturday, I will be going to the lys in Long Beach for assistance (I think), then I will pick up my brother from Monclair to take him to meet my BIL and  then a church service in L.A.  He will spend the night and then go to play at a church in Santa Monica.

Sunday, I will be going to a Dodger game with my friend, Laura.  It starts at 1pm.  Afterwards, I will come home, pick up my car and drive to a girlfriend's housewarming party.

Our mandated vacation has been approved.  We will be off the friday before memorial day, and the last 4 days of the school year so early summer break.  We will also be starting the next school year late so a nice long summer is to be had.  I suppose that's a positive.  The other plus is that they are going to spread the reduction in pay over 3 pay periods.  I have to just be happy I have a job at this point and let the rest go.

So sorry to hear your thumb is no better.  Hope  that changes sooner than later.
