Good Morning Cali,

I just did the figures and WOO HOO - We are doing this big time

This weeks totals = 16.30 lbs lost

Even I contributed this week with a loss of 1 lbs. After my first dumping syndrome and back to walking the scale moved. Did not care for the dumping much but it helped so what ever. LOL

Have a wonderful day, I have my 9 mos. post op appt. this afternoon and all my blood work from what I can read is GREAT!!!
