Me?  Got to the gym at 5:50AM and ran for 20 minutes, cycled for 15 minutets, stairmaster 10 minutes, and weight lifted on two body parts.

Well, I started walking again last night.  I did my normal route which is just under a mile and takes approx. 23 minutes.  If I am going to walk in the All Star 5k I better get myself moving.

Tonight I will go out again when I get home for another brisk walk and if my hubby does the treadmill I will join him in the garage and cycle.

Hey Gus,

I had to be at work early and won't be home from wor****il 9 pm. No exercise for me today except using the stairs and using the bathroom on the 3rd floor instead of the 1st. At least it will equal climbing 8 flights of stairs by the end of the day.

Yesterday I walked around 3 miles along the coast in some mighty cold weather. Wednesday I'll be hitting the gym after work.

I like your exercise plan and how you mix up what you do. I am impressed with the early AM start time. I've been trying to do that for awhile, but my willingness has matched my thoughts yet.

Hey Gus,

Good for you to be at the gym at that ungodly hour. I went this morning, but didn't get much cardio in, like I wanted to. I did have any awesome workout with my trainer though. I am going to feel it tomorrow. I'm off tomorrow too am plan on doing yard work, and get in a good walk. I love walking outside,but I have been a bit lax on the exercise the last month or so. I'm just getting back into it again. I so miss it when I don't do it. Hope you had a great day!!
