A fun time with my grandkids yesterday.

I got out a walked/jogged yesterday.

A good nights sleep last night.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A wonderful day spent with my husband yesterday.  Enjoying lunch and some shopping for new make-up.

2.  My curio cabinet is clean and pretty once again.  It takes 3 1/2 hrs. by myself, but I had help from my daughter and it took 1.5 hrs.

3.  My house is completely clean but my washer never stops with towels.  I love that I am now able to clean my bathroom, something I could not do before WLS.  The smell of pine-sol is throughout my house.  So now that my house is clean you are all welcome to come and visit.

Have a great day.  I will make my bbq ribs today rain or shine.  Now to figure out how to make potatoe salad for 3 people.  This will be a task in itself.

Afternoon Barb (almost evening!)  it is so awesome to be able to say 'yes' to so many things that were almost impossible a year ago.

Today I am thankful for:

having quiet time to sort things out and make some decisions, while hard but necessary, regarding family

today being productive...3mile walk with 2 dogs, mowing the lawn before the rains started, laundry all done and all 4 dogs bathed and toe nails clipped.

the sound of the rain and the clean smell it leaves in its wake...so refreshing.

I hope your day was as peacefully spent as mine.  Tomorrow is back to the grindstone of work LOL
