Happy Friday Everyone
Good Morning Calif......
Well DD is home, and we spent HOURS talking last night and looking at pictures. So I didn't crawl out of bed until after 9 and just now turned on my computer. Its good to have her home, but dang, the kids have not settle down, and they all want to play on my bed.
I work this weekend, so I don't have any thing planned, But what about YOU!! what do you have planned???
Elizabeth........OMG how cute, Ryan was going to help out daddy. That would have been to cute. And he was going to help using a hammer with light bulbs. Yap, just like a man. LOL
MsBlue........WOW! you are going to have a house full. Why are they all coming. Is there a party and you didn't tell me? or are they coming out for you mom? If you house is not up to standard, I am sure you family will understand. You have enough stress right now, they will understand, and support you.
MOMO.......Its sounds so weird that you can't a sun burn skiing. But I know how that snow can be just like water and reflect the rays. Its good to see your smiling face around again.
Steph......Hey maybe one of you "girl days" I can tag along? It would be fun to get out and hang out with the ladies. I know you and I will have a blast and if Linda is any thing like us, I know the world is not ready for us. But what fun we will have.
OK The kids want to go for a walk, so I guess I will close here. I wish you all a wonderfull safe weekend.

Hey there Lu La Belle (I love calling you that)....
Anyway, our official girl day will be Tuesday the 27th. Do you have it off from work? I'm not sure yet what we are doing. Might head out to the beach and Hollywierd. Or we might head up to Solvang. Do you have any ideas of something that would be fun to do with her? Would love to have you join us if you can. We are also going to Vegas for the weekend but the "Blues Brothers" will be meeting us there on Saturday. We will have Friday to ourselves though. You are welcome to join us then too.
Linda is a hoot. She's put up with Bob for 30 years. That also makes her a saint. Her and I are vying for Sainthood, but she's winning so far because of the time factor. We will be meeting up with Heckle and Jeckle probably by evening on the 27th for dinner. Not sure on that one yet either. All I do know is that the 27th is our day. No boys allowed until evening.
Let me know if you can join us. As I said, would love to have you. You'd like Linda. Talk to you soon.

I love my little man but he is a typical male! He is 3 and it seems he is just now going through his terrible 2's! He has really started pushing the envelope. One minute he is adorable and then he is someone we don't recognize! Almost sounds like puberty! LOL
Yesterday I went to Target to get a gift card for my friend's sons birthday. Well I bought a couple of really cute outfits for my granddaughter and forgot to get the gift certificate! I had to go back today. Oh well, any excuse to go shopping. He turned 6 yesterday and his party is Sunday. A pirate party. My friend and her husband adopted him, he is actually their grandson. He is a good kid.
Then next weekend is my granddaughter's birthday. I can't believe that Devan is going to be 1. Her birthday is the 18th. I bought her a little outfit that has cupcakes on it and says My first birthday. I don't know how Ryan is going to take Devan getting all of the attention. I am going to have a gift for him to unwrap so he doesn't feel left out.
Well Lu I am glad your sister got home safe and you had a good time catching up. Enjoy your day off today.

Glad to hear DD made it home safe and sound. I hope you have a good weekend at work. I am off tomorrow and working on Sunday. I just love working on the weekend(NOT). At least I don't have to do every other weekend. I did that for years when I first started working as a nursing. Tomorrow is support group. I don't plan on doing much else. I have cold and feel yucky. So i'm sure I will just laze around on the couch tomorrow, and watch tv. Not much else going on around here. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.
