Better Late Then Never -

Well folks it has been another busy week for me, but here we go:

This we had  total loss of 6.2 lbs.  Of course I had noting to contribute to the loss this week.  Inches are going away and I know this because today I got into a size 22 jeans and last weekend they were a 24.

Much like you, its all about the inches. In January I was in size 26ish a tad loose. Now I am wear size 22's so ITS all good.

Hey ladies inches are progress! Sticking to your eating plan even while not losing weight is also progress! I am proud of both of you!
