Looking for "Leport" Support

I was banded 11/08 with a port replacement 1/10...just looking for people who use the same office...so I can find people to relate to.

There are several of us that have had surgery through his medical group.   Most of us attend the LB Coffee on the last saturday of the month.  Keep your eye out for the posting on or around the last week of the month and be sure to join us.  We are a fun group.  There is a clothing exchange, some people are 3+ years out and others just had or waiting for their surgeries.  The coffee group is open to anyone willing to join in and have a good time amongst others that have gone through WLS.

Hope to see you around the boards more and even at an event or two.

I had surgery at OCMMC and surgeon was Mir Ali. He is great, as is his PA James. Only met Dr LePort one time but he has a marvelous staff. The support group meets the first four Mondays of each month in the Hospital Basement at 6:30pm. My wife and I go as often as possible. Good people there. Please join us.

We also attend the Long Beach group at Starbucks, last Saturday of the month at 10am. We have really awesome people there plus the clothing exchange.
