Today I am thankful for...

1.  The rain, we can always use a little more and my plants are loving it.

2.  A great dental appt yesterday, no cavities and good dental health!  Whoo hoo.

3.  Persistence and patience that I have always had in life.

Today I am thankful for:

1. A great commute w/out traffic or rain! Yay!
2. Sleeping.  Its helping me heal from this annoying cold.  I'm thankful to be on the mend and feeling much better!
3. So much to look forward to in the coming weeks and months!!!

I have lost 90 lbs!

All of the encouragement I have received from my family and friends.

My DH who loves and supports me so much and is so much fun to be with.

1) I am thankful for getting to the gym today
2) I am thankful for my hardworking hubby his wanting to drop his weight

Hi all,

Today I am thankful for.....

1. My car for putting up with all the driving I do and even at 125,000 miles still going strong!
2. Leaving work early today to wish a friend well who is running for office at their kick off party
3. Joining a softball team where I am being challenged physically and enjoying the team a lot
4. Having a nice roof over my head.
