Today I am thankful for...

1.  The rain, because we can always use more to keep us out of a drought situation.

2.  Hot coffee on a cold morning.

3.  Being able to work in the garden for a little while this past weekend.

That is another great quote. I have been surrounded by non-doers my entire life. I have even been a non-doer myself but I  prefer being a doer too!

Today I am thankful for. . .

I got off my butt and walked yesterday.

That for the first time in my life I am really living it and enjoying it!

For my wonderful family.

Love that quote.  I am so guilty sometimes.

I am thankful for my surgery.

I am thankful for OH.com and all the people so willing to share and help.

I am thankful that my taxes are done and I have the money in savings to toss into the IRS's toilet!(do i sound bitter?)

I can totally relate to those IRS feelings! They even want our blood this year!

Knowing absolutely that I am loved...what an awesome feeling!

My job and the boss I have now...he actually listens to me!

The sunshine..it is still here which means I get to go walk as soon as I post this ^_^

I've always been a doer. As a kid I slept with my eyes open and my Mom always said she thought it was because I was afraid I would miss something by going to sleep.  Even now its hard for me to sit idle, let alone post everyday because I loathe being on the computer when I could be out doing something!  These days I can do so much more than I ever thought possible and for that I am thankful.  There are no wanna, oughta, shoulda, woulda or coulda's in my arsenal... that's for sure!

I am thankful for my girlfriends who are so special to me and who are wonderful and amazing!

I am thankful for a busy weekend to look foward to.  Support group, visiting friends, Nordies Rack, and dancing on Saturday.. and Church and Easter family festivities on Sunday.

I am thankful I am feeling better and finally starting to kick this cold to the curb!  Now I have to take care of my Michael who has come down with it... and I am thankful for the energy to do just that.
