Hey Rebecca,

I'm in Sacramento...we had our surgeries around the same time.  Would love to be your friend!  We can swap stories and lean on each other for advice.   I'll send you a request.

Rebecca, I live in Ione CA, I moved here from Roseville. I grew up in Foresthill, Auburn area. I would like to be added to your friends list also.

I think that the ladies that posted from Auburn, Roseville, and Sacramento plus you and I should get together sometime even if it is just for coffee. I think we all could use friends that understand what we go thru.

I also lost my very best friend because I am no longer obese. I thought we were friends because of who I was not because I was bigger than her, I guess I was wrong.

I think that would be a great idea!

I'm sorry to hear that, it's painful losing friends who you thought you were so close with when it comes down to YOU being smaller than them...funny how that works.

Hey girl what;s up, so sorry but I am in Los Angeles. But we can be OH buddies.   And anyway, I just want to let you know that I think your so-called "friends" are *****es and that you don't need them anyway. You're better off without them. I had a best friend for 10 years and one day I just got tired and sick of how she treated me, she was very jealous so I said to myself, I don't need this kind of negativity in my life and I changed all my email addresses and phone numbers and that was that...haven't spoken to her since and it's better this way! So stay strong and know that true friends stick with you no matter what and if they don't well it's their loss!

Sounds good to me! Thank you so much, I also they they are!  It's hard losing them but, when one door closes, another opens...or however that saying goes haha.

I just moved to Sacramento for school and am developing some new friendships, but def have room for more!!!!  I had surgery 4 years ago, it is a real eye opener with all the social changes we go through.

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.
