Time to celebrate April with fellow "losers"

Who:   Anyone who wants friendship and camaraderie while on their weight
         loss journey and/or maintaining their weight loss. This isn't a formal
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.

When: Sat. April 24th- 12:00 p.m. RAIN OR SHINE!!!

Where: Coco's Restaurant Concord, CA (Back in the Sunroom)

Don't forget our clothing exchange, feel free to bring things you have "under grown" out of!

Yippeee! Lon and I will be there.;-) No conflict with carving weekend; that is the weekend before ^_^ And this time I take care of ME..the rest of the family will just have to wait til we get back home ^_^ Selfish, yeah, but it is what it is LOL See ya then if not before ;-)
