What are you doing to move today?

HI all,

I am going to have to be creative with fitting in exercise today. Normally I'd go to the gym after work, but we have to pick up our taxes. Since our tax place is in a mall, I am thinking a 30-40 minute non-stop walk through the mall after we grab our taxes is in order. After that I'll probably shop a little so I'll get more walking in. Hopefully my hubby is OK with the idea.

What are you doing?

I'm getting tons of walking in at work today. I haven't stopped. One of these days I am going to wear a pedometer to see how much I walk. It has been so busy, I have barely sat down. Hope your all having a good one. I really need to get back at it.

Hey MsBlues...good to see you posting!

My legs were sore but I still got my 3 miles walk in today. Co worker and I walked every day except Tuesday which means so far this week I've logged 12miles with 2 more days in the walking-week to go.  Next week is going to be a different story..rain is predicted for 2-3 days :-(
