OC REACH OUT

Hi..Im in South County OC---had the lap band in 11/08...Lots of ups and downs, and ultimately a port replacement in 1/10...  Trying to regroup..make smart choices and just reaching out so there's people out there who can relate to me..

Welcome to the CA forum.  Why don't you join us on Saturday at a coffee held in Long Beach.  We are a great group of people.  Many of us have had surgery, revisions or are currently waiting our procedures.

10:00 Am until whenever.
Some of us will be there at 9:00 because we have to leave early...so if you want to come on by at 9:00 I will be there along with Becky, Michelle, Naomi and whomever else.....
