Exercise?
Did a slow walk down the street and back during lunch today. I'm beginning to wonder if my legs will ever stop hurting. :-(

I went to the gym and walked at a pace of 3.5 mph for 40 minutes. Normally I don't do the treadmill, but I might participate in a 6 mile walk in July and thought I should alternate between the eliptical and walking. I also did some weight training too. I am up to around 100 crunches without feeling like I am going to die.
I am also in favor of the massage!! I treat myself to massages as often as I can! Deep tissue is the best for working out those sore muscles.
