I had a wonderful day yesterday. I went shopping and to a play in Modesto. We saw the Drowsy Chaperon.

I got to know a newer friend better yesterday.

For 88 lbs lost.

A wonderful co-worker who keeps me motivated and moving...3 miles again today ^_^

Our m/h is repaired (once again!)...and I'm planning a trip to Yosemite!

The success I have had in 1 year since my RNY...I was really scared to believe I could actually be successful when I started this journey.

Today is gorgeous!!  I so want to be out on the scooter..maybe after work ;-)
