1.  A great weekend spent with family and friends.

2.  The scale moving again, and my committed efforts to make sure that happens to get this last 50 lbs off.

3.  My wonderful husband who makes my life incredibly special.

Today I am Thankful for:

A supportative boss who backs me up, especially when surprize critizism is thrown my way. Undeserved at that!

Learning how to listen to said critizism and not over-react. Even if I would like to pick up the phone and ask: WTH?

The people in my life I can call 'true' friends; it does hurt when you find out a 'friend' turns out not to be :-(

Most of all!  I have a support group meeting tonight..so I can vent instead of EATING .

Hope everyone's Monday has started off better than mine...but I will be positive and find something to smile about ^_^
