Congratulations on your surgery coming up! How exciting for you, you're going to love this healthy new lifestyle. We'll be saving you a nice warm spot on the losers bench so come on and sit a spell! Please make sure you let someone know how you are doing post op so they can let all of us know!

Congratulations Cristi! I know you have fought long and hard to finally get to this point...keep that spirit of determination and you will do fabulous post op ^_^ Pick someone to be your Angel so they can keep us up to date on your progress.

As far as support groups...find one and plan on attending post op. It is priceless to have a group you can turn to for support, advice and encouragement...online here in OH is great but doesn't compare to getting support in a face-to-face setting. Besides, you might get free samples of various products like Bariatric Advantage, Fusion, and Celebrate (all vitamins and protein powder).

Can't wait to move down...in fact, I've already push the other gals an guys over so we have a great spot for you!! LOL
