Dear Bench Warmers.....

 My time is coming up quickly--less then 2 weeks away.  I am excited and anxious and all the other stuff that goes along with preparing for surgery.  And I am Oh So Ready!!!!

That side, be prepared to slide on down.  I currently need quite a bit of room, so all you losers make way.  Keep me in your thoughts and prayers.  So sorry I will not be able to make Long Beach Coffee this month!

I'm so excited for you sweetie and I hope you are buckled in for the wild ride!!!   We are more than ready to slide on down for you!

why aren't you going to be at LB coffee? I am going to be there this time and was looking forward to getting to see you before your big day

Im bummed you won't be at coffee as this is the first time in 4 months that I can actually make it.  But I will be excited to see you afterwards.. It's gonna be an awesome experience!

 Thanks Jackie!  I am sorry to miss everyone at coffee.  So many people there have been inspiring and encouraging as I have pursued this journey.  My surgery is on Mon 3/29 at Orange Coast.  I'm thinking that anyone who goes to the Monday support group could come up and make me walk.

WOO HOO GIRLFRIEND -  I am saving a spot for you my friend right next to me.  Was hoping to see you before surgery as well like everyone else but we all have such busy lives and can't always make everything we would like to.  I have never been to a meeting at OC but maybe just this once I will make an effort to get there just so I can visit with you and get you up and walking.

You have waited so very, very, very, very, long for this and fought hard as well.  You will do just fine, be up and moving around and getting on with your bad self before you know it.  I want to wish you the best of luck and hope to see you at the coffee in April.

There is always plenty of room on the loser's bench and we will make room for you too! These two weeks will go by pretty fast. As we lose weight we just make more and more room. So come on down!
