1 year ago Today--1st Surgiversay

Hope it doesn't appear to be bragging  BUT  I can't believe the difference myself!!  Thank you to Barb (my angel!!) for remembering how special today is  {{{HUGS BARB}}}  As my DH said this morning...1 year ago at 8am we were getting into the car to drive to Richmond...what a wonderful year this past 12 months have been   No regrets, no complications (thank God!) and no complaints from me...Thank you ALL for your support, encouragement and advice!

You yourself have done a fantastic job losing weight BEFORE your VSG.... I wish you God's speed with your surgery in April and an un-eventful recovery!

Thanks Katt...for the permission to brag LOL  My case worker did say I had the right to 'claim' the credit..I did the work! ;-)  But it is also friends like you and others here on the Boards who have given me the inspiration and encouragement to succeed..I couldn't have done it alone.
