Six months ago yesterday I had my surgery and I am so thankful for that. I have lost 84lbs! I am thankful for that too!

I am thankful that I found this web site and all the encouragement I have received from all of you.
I am thankful for my family, they have been so supportive and encouraging!

Hope you are having a blast in Boston.

Today I am thankful for:

1. the sun shinning today

2. being off from work(although I go back tomorrow)

3. coffee

4. OH and the great people I have met on here. If it weren't for the support on here, I don't know where I would be. You guys ROCK!!!!

Well Barb must be having fun in Boston...she forgot to let us in on what she's thankful for! LOL Either she's been up all nite partying ( I'm sure not!) or she is up mighty early ;-)

Today I am thankful for:
Sunshine! It's still a *****illy but the sky is BLUE!

for sugar-free, alcohol free robitussin cold meds...I wouldn't be able to function without it!

for my Trudy..she may be dog but she is proof positive of what unconditional love is all about

Oh, Trudy is so much more than a dog. She is your family! She is your baby! At least that is how I feel about our "dogs".

My DH is sick again with this crud! I think I am going to send him to my son's house until he is well. LOL!

I hope you are feeling better soon.

I have to agree with you Elizabeth...Trudy is my 'youngest kid' LOL She gets so excited when she hears me drive up to the house each evening...Lon says she runs thru the house barking to let him know I've arrived LOL

And tell you DH he can take MY crud with him to your son's house! I am plum tired of it! 2 1/2 weeks is enough! ;-)

He might as well take your crud too, he keeps taking Devan and Ryan's! I am around them more and I am doing fine. (knock on wood!) Have you gone to the doctor you may need some antibiotics! My friend had one that lasted and finally went to the doctor and she had a sinus infection. If she had listened to me and gone in at the beginning she would have been better so much sooner. (I love saying I told you so! LOL)

Ha! I knew there had to be a devil side to you! But I do once again agree with you''''there is such joy in saying 'I told you so' ROTFLMAO

I have already decided that if this 'thing' isn't gone by Monday, my PCP will be getting a phone call. It is 'all in my head' (Lon says in more ways than 1 LOL) and thankfully has not migrated down to my chest. The running nose is still 'clear' so I'm thinking it is still just a virus that has to run its course :-(

Keep knocking on wood...I still haven't figured out who 'gave' me this!!

Hopefully your DH will continue to 'take it away' LOL
