For you early bird risers, if you already exercised, please share what you did

Today, I do plan to continue pumping that blood of mine to clear out all the bad stuff...ha ha ...Let's see...Last night I ran for 65 minutes ...Today, I plan to run for 30 minutes and workout on the stairmaster for 30 minutes.

Hey Gus,
My workout schedule is M W F 5am at the gym...30 min of  strength training with a 20 cardio cooldown before work.  Tomorrow is legs and abs...going to be a killer day.

Kudos to you!  I have tried to get up at the crack of dawn and I just can't! I so love my warm bed.  I wish I could get up that early and hit the gym....Congrats!

Hi Gus,

Well I just started back yesterday because I was so freakin frustrated at work so tonight I am going to do it again.

I will get home and walk a mile on the treadmill and then jump on the stationary bike for 20 minutes or so.

Hi Gus,

I went to the gym this morning, did 15 minutes on the treadmill, then a 30 minute killer workout with my trainer. Then I met a friend at the framers market, and walked around there for 40 minutes. Have a great afternoon.
