I don’t need to completely understand the big picture to know that my role is important. I don’t have to know the destination to know I’m headed in the right direction. Though I may not know where I am going, I’m not lost, I am exploring.

Good Morning from Boston Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

1.  Today I am thankful for the skilled pilots that flew the plan I was on yesterday, getting me here safe and sound.

2.  There is no snow and none planned while I am here.

3.  For my co-worker Maggie that is traveling with me, she is an excellent co-pilot.

Loved the quote today... but today, Monday of all days... I'm in a sick - thick throated deep voiced headachey fog today... and I don't understand anything or anyone - apparently my computer sensed this and wiped out my profile, nobody would miss me if I went home to bed, I have no idea where to go let alone if its in the right direction, unless its straight home to climb under my down comforter and bury my bod in the bed... but as the true glutton for punishment that I am, I thought I would end it all with Zumba today... because it literally can't make me feel any worse! sniffle!  a bit melodramatic, eh? wish I could say I was kidding.. but I keep trudging along... tomorrow it will be a better day!!! I just know it!

Oh well.  Im still thankful.  Thankful for Zumba tonight... for friends who care and are so sweet and wonderful and put up with me... for the ability to dance and exercise without pain until I drop from exhaustion - I love that feeling... for my Michael who is true blue through and through.. and for my family they are my strength.  Don't know where I would be without all that... so I am really really thankful.

Today I am thankful for. . .

A good 6 month appointment with my surgeon. He asked me if I ever thought I would see these numbers again and I told him I really did not. He is very pleased with my progress. He told me to start walking again. 

I am thankful that the weather will be changing this week so I can walk. I will get my headphones and CD player and take Jimmy Buffet along with me! 

I am thankful for my DH he is so supportive and loving. (Most of the time!LOL)

I am thankful for Mary at the Dressbarn in A****er. She is such a joy and shares in my excitement as I am buying smaller clothes. She picks just the right things out for me.
