Good Morning Everyone -

Today is that day again if you are playing along.  Give us you loss, or gain.  There is no judgment here.

I don't know what I gained but yup I did.  I will calculate in a while and post.  Stress with work and trust issues with my daughter and all I want to do is eat and not the good stuff.  I am changing that today PERIOD.  I am going to get back on track and walk or bike away my frustrations.

Ok, so what do you have to post for WWW

Have a wonderful day everyone.

I lost 2 lbs last week. That makes my total 82 lbs so far. I weighed 148 today.

You hang in there Annette! I can relate to your feelings. When I worked at the Post Office I used to eat Peanut M&M's and Peanut Butter M&M's by the bag full!

Hang in there Anette! I'm rooting for you.

I didn't weigh myself last week - was sick with some kind of flu.  This week I'm down 1 lb. from my last weighing... eating was eratic and unmeasured las week. Gotta get that back on track this week.

Good morning Cali,

I am so excited to share with all of you the progress I (finally!) made this past week...I am down 8 lbs!  Today is exactly 8 weeks since my RNY and I have lost exactly 30 lbs since surgery and 65 lbs total I am thrilled!

I had lost 10 lbs the first week after surgery and then only 12 lbs more over the next 6 weeks.  So this past week, it was great to have my 2nd best week ever!!!

Thank you for all of the support and encouragement!  I am finally noticing results and am so happy with my decision to have surgery and change my lifestyle.

All the best to all of you too!

Hi all,

I lost 3.5 pounds this week. I am very happy about that because I was on vacation and I've had a major plateau for the past month. My wedding rings, which I've moved to my middle finger, is becoming loose on that finger now. My pants are looser, but I don't know if I've lost on top.

NPR did an interesting story about obesity this morning. A lot of scientific study about food addiction and how stress eating even impacts the body more than just overeating. I think you could find it online at the NPR site.

Annette, you're doing great. You already know what is causing you to want to overeat and that is half the battle. Once we're conscious about why, we can find other ways to comfort ourselves. It's not easy, but it's so much better than how we used to handle stress.

Take Care!

I'm happy to find a Wednesday Weighin because that's my day so I'll be joining in if that's ok.

In my second week pre-op and let go of 5.4 pounds last week for a total of 13.2 in the first two weeks.  YAY!  I love my Sleeve.
