Can you believe that news says today is going to be sunny and bright? This changing back and forth is making me dizzy. But Steph and Mike should have a great day at DizzyLand...lol

Good Morning Calif......

I woke up at 4 this morning UGH!! I walked on the treadmill for about bit. I didn't make coffee this morning, so I am still not awake. I might stop and get some somewhere this morning.

Yesterday at work it was a slow day, until the rain stopped  and everyone came running to ETS. Then my day was non stop for a few hours. Everything was done when the night shift came on. So I am hoping for good news when I walk in the door this morning.

Can you believe the earth quakes? I sure hope that this not forwarning as to what is coming here. I am not ready for that type of bad news. As I am sure none of us are. But maybe I should get stuff together, just in case.

So are you ready? do you have stuff in your car? or a save spot at home? If so what type of stuff do you have? I seen a thing saying that we need to remember other family members. (dog, cat and bird) I didn't think about then. Just the thought of losing them scare and hurts my heart. 

Ok on that bright note.......

Good morning my Lu Lu

Sun is shining and time to start the day.  Cats woke me around 3:00 and I threw them off the bed, rearranged my neck pillow and went back to sleep.  Just woke up about 1/2 hour ago.  Will hope in the shower in a bit and get going.  Yes, I believe we are going to run over to Disney to see Captain EO and then dinner with my son and his girlfriend.  Should be a nice day.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Not much going on in my world but like you guys in So Cal, we're loving the sun up in Nor Cal too.  Probably going shopping and surely gonna catch the US vs. Canada for gold in the Hockey game and of course the closing ceremonies tonight.

Gotta figure our our meal plan for the week and begin the deed.

My son and his girlfriend are here today. They came in last night. They went to a wedding in Fresno yesterday. We are going to meet my other son and his family for breakfast when he wakes up and enjoy a day with our family today. I do love being with my family.

I was 149 this morning. I was so excited! I hope that every one has a great day today.

When I saw him in the beginning of December, he told me the computer says my ideal weight is 129 but he said I would probably stop losing at 140. I thought I would like to be 130, but I am thinking I may look to thin at 130 so right now I am aiming at 140. He also told  me it would take me a full year to get there and I am almost there. I am just not sure how to stop losing weight. I go to see him on March 8th and want to talk to him about the fact that I am still very limited in what I can eat. I know Diane told me she could not eat much variety until 7 or 8 months. March 9th will be my 6 month anniversary.

My neighbor and I went for a nice walk today. The weather was so nice. We had a good time chatting together.  I hope you have a good week!

Good Morning All,

I am stuck at work, figures, the sun is out. The day is going by ok so far, hopefully it goes by fast. I didn't sleep much last night, couldn't get comfortable and tossed and turned all night. I was so close to calling in sick this morning but I decided not to. Not much else going on around here. Just counting the days down till I am off for 7 days. YEAH!!! Have a great day everyone. Barb enjoy the hockey game for me. GO CANADA!!!!!
