Good Morning Katt and Cali friends,

TGIF is all I can say...  Wow what a loooonnnnggg week.  Tomorrow I am having a girls day out with one of my dearest friends (she was my matron of honor) and we're gonna do some shopping and dinner with the husbands afterwards.

I am also going to go see a duplex with Isla tomorrow and I am crossing my fingers that this one will be the one she likes as it is closer to our house, it's in a great area and looks nice from the outside.  Please think good thoughts.

Hello California, its been awhile since I posted last. Welcome to your Friday mines not until Sunday so I dont get to to count down until Sunday afternoon.

Anyways, I hope all is well with you all. My birthday is coming up and I am looking forward to the day off from work. Then the continued count down to my surgery. I am still stuck at around 260 but thats alright. I dont mind its not the 313 where I was before.

But I am still trying to get down to 245 before surgery. Since I have had some back tracking issues cause of the long wait to have my surgery I have returned to my diet that let me drop 55 pounds pre surgery trying to loss a bit more. If i do wonderful, if i dont meh I tried. LOL

Keep safe, dry, and have a wonderful weekend.

This morning I am getting a pedicure and my face waxed. I love the pedicure part. Tomorrow I am getting my highlights done. Oh it a beauty  weekend!

Barb good luck looking at the duplex. Dolores, at least March will go fast and April will be here before you know it. Katrina good luck with losing the weight. Don't worry what you don't lose now you will lose after the surgery! LOL

Good Morning Katt and Cali Crew!

I know it has been awhile since I posted. I am still healing from the appendix surgery. Today brings a hubby and me day at Knotts Berry Farm. Nope, no rides for me! :-(   But what a nice way to get my exercise in. We decided to buy the season passes, only $59 for the year. Love Disneyland, but Knotts is so much more laid back. Still waiting to hear if we are doing a Cali Board meet-up at Disneyland. That would be so awesome.
Tonight brings hanging with some friends, tomorrow is my youngest sister's birthday party-- 70's theme! um, Disco Duck..... here we come!! Loll. Sunday, I am hanging with my older sister and her hubby. Just the 4 of us are going to take over Venice Beach. Hey, I may try biking it! Anybody up for meeting up, since the rain will hopefully be gone?
I hope everybody has a wonderful weekend! Enjoy whatever it brings you, better to enjoy it while you are alive, than to have somebody else enjoy it when you are dead! LOL

Good Morning Everyone,

Just hanging on the couch having a nice cup of coffee. I was supposed to work extra this morning, but they don't need me. I really don't mind although the money would of been nice. We had quite a few empty beds when I left work yesterday. I don't have lots planned for the weekend. I am back to work on Sunday. I might try and get some work done outside as long as it doesn't rain. I might just be a slug today, couldn't sleep last night, was up and down all night, and now I'm tired, but don't want to sleep my day off away. I hope you all have a great day, and wonderful weekend.

I have my 25 year Union Anniversary dinner tonight where I get my watch!  Yay.  25 years is a long time.  Then after that, Ashley and I are rearranging furniture in the back room we just finished.  It looks spectacular.  Finished painting the concrete floor with garage floor paint and sprinkled flakes all over it.  Then I got out the chop saw and the trip so the old man could fini****  I sat there looking at it going..........."Hmmmm, I can do this".  Never used a chop saw before but it was easy.  I got it all done and it looks amazing.  Now tonight we'll move my desk and shelves back to the area I want for my crafting room and she can have the other half for the next 3 months until she and her hubby get stationed (hopefully Hawaii).

Tomorrow at 7 the old man and I head off for Monterey.  I have to do cabin inspections at 1, then we head down for a crab feed until 4.  Then, we're on our own.  They've booked us a nice hotel room right on the beach with an ocean front view.  Ahhhhhhh, relaxing.  Breakfast on the wharf and relaxing drive home. 

That's my weekend in a nutshell............ Now, break time!
