Hi Everyone -

I have been extremely busy at work and don't have much time to post these days so I'm a little late with last week and this week's totals.

Last wee we lost a total of 17.4 lbs and
this week a total of 1.8 lbs.

The monthly total for February is:  51.7.

Regardless of me having the time to post, I am still tracking the weekly numbers.  Hopefully next week after my interview on Tuesday, things will be a little less hectic.

I am currently in the middle of fiscal year end.  To add to this, my company has been in the process of being sold for about a yr. now.  It seems as if things are finally moving forward.  The new company that is going to buy us out will be interviewing me next Tuesday.  This was supposed to happen today, but because of a very large project we are bidding on which we will be a sub-contractor to the new company there has been many, many forms, references, resumes, work history etc. that had to get done for the 5pm bid document delivery today.  I don't know if the other company made that deadiine as I was still scanning them information at 3pm today and they had to drive from Corona to Alhambra to deliver the documents.  Just crazy, but we got to do, what we got to do.

Well, i'm off for the night.  Wishing you all a great weekend if I don't get a chance to post tomorrow.

Have a good one.

Annette

I'm guessing the total loss for this week is higher than 1.8 lbs. I know I what I lost and could there be a number missing here? You are doing a fantastic job Annette of keeping all the balls juggling. Greatest of luck on your interview and here's to winning BIG at Pala.

Hey Linda,

I agree that there is probably a number wrong BUTTTTT when you figure what the loss was -vs- the gains we end up with a total wt. loss for the week of 1.8.

Yup, it is true 1.8.  Not everyone loses everyweek and so you calculate the good with the bad.  We are not just tracking the losses, but the gains as well and this is how we get our number.

No biggie, there are some weeks we may actually have a complete gain as a whole, break even or even a loss.  It is what it is.

See ya later

I did not know you kept track of the gains too, but it does make since. Thank you for keeping track of this for us!

Like I said, Annette, you do an awesome job. My compulsive overeating would only track the weight loss. But then, that's how I got to where I started on this journey. My thinking is not cured and it is not my tool. My tool was the surgery and it did not fix the dysfunction in my mind.
