I know I am a while away from trying frozen yogurt, but it is my favorite.  Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with it?

I'm dying for PinkBerry...

I've only had the sugar free kind. It's hard to find, but there is one shop in town that has it. I haven't tried ones with even low sugar. I am very afraid of the dumpies. I love the sugar free kind. Its a treat for me.

Oh yeah....I do it all the time....I've had fat free and sugar free but can only do a little bit because then I feel like ****

When I go to frozen yogurt places like Yogurtland, I only have a little tiny bit and that's it.

TuttiMellon has a yummy sugar free. I can only have a tiny bit though or yuck-o feeling.

Ummm, frozen yogart sounds good. We have a new place that has organic yogart, but they have a surger free type but I have been afraid to try any. Maybe I will.

I am also afraid of the dumpies.. and too much lactose and I start to feel the ick comin on... so I stay far far away from that kind of stuff.  Love & Hugs,

Frozen yogurt/ice cream was a bad trigger food for me. Regardless if I could tolerate it, I just can't ever eat it, even the sugar free stuff. I haven't had any since before surgery, and I don't miss it.

When I was a teenager you could buy those freezer canisters and make your own frozen yogurt from your favorite flavor. I am sure you can still find those, and that way your treat would be safe. Just a thought, Shelly
