Good Morning Cali Peeps,

It is a beautiful morning here so far. Mr. Sun is out and shinning brightly. I will be tackling the yard and the weeds today. At least its supposed to be nice out. I am headed to my support group meeting this morning as well. Then tonight, having dinner with friends. Going to be a busy day. If I have time inbetween all of that, might try and watch some of the olympics. Hope you all have a great day

We are going out to dinner tonight with our friends to celebrate Valentine's Day. I think it will be a pretty relaxing day until then.

Happy Valentine's Day !!!

I spent two hours playing softball with the team I just joined. My skills are so so rusty, but my new teammates were cool and supportive. My body aches a little too, but I loved all the physical exercise I was getting.

Next we're going out to dinner with my in-laws who are in town to a greek restauarant. I love going there because there are so many options for a post surgery WLS patient!
