1 week to the Day!

I am so excited!!! I have my surgery date - Feb 19th.  Tuesday I find out what time the surgery will be... will be talking to the Nutritionist & Nurse to find out all the particulars... Pick up my pre-op diet today or Monday (office ran out of supplies)... I am excited, nervous, fearful (didn't think I would feel this one)... have had nightmares that something would happen to cancel it... especially since they found out I have diebetes now... I know that this (rny) is truly a cure for diebetes and am grateful that if Ihad to have it, it was now when I'm getting ready for the surgery... but it just makes me think what else can happen before the 19th!!!

Dr Coon is my surgeon, and my surgery will take place at Parkview Hopital in Riverside.

I have a question... for those of you who went to Parkview, how was the hospital?

Congratulations! We are making  room on the losers bench for you! All the feelings you are feeling are very normal.  When they put you to sleep you will stop worrying! LOL

Well all I can say is......FINALLY!!!!  Congratulations Kathleen, I am so proud for you.  And to find out this news, well you'll beat it down, now won't you!  Don't stress over the surgery, be thankful you finally got thru.  Have a great weekend, and sit back and think positive and good thoughts!!
