Hi Cali people!!! I'm about 3/4 done with all the insurance requirements to get my finally approval and I'm really curious to see if anyone else on the OH boards have used their program. My surgeon its Dr. Mary Estakhri and her partner in crime is Dr Andrew Yen Chun Lee.

Just wondering - oh that and how did you all lose your required weight before surgery?

I'm in the East Bay as well. I go to Kaiser Richmond. They gave us a fairly low carb, 1200 calorie meal plan to lose our weight.

How much do you need to lose pre-op? Let us know how you're doing!
