Not too much new other than it is not raining up here right now, which makes for a nicer commute to work. Hopefully the ride home will be the same.

Good Morning Katt and Cali Crew!!
I have waited all week to post my loss, I lost 3 pounds!! Yay!! I am now at the weight I was in high school. Now, looking back-- It didn't keep me from doing tall flags, joining the newspaper or any of that stuff, but I really wish, I hadn't weighed this much then. I went for my 6 month labs on Monday. I am recieving my results already. They are all coming back great. My A1C used to be 9 or 10 is now 5.7!! My only abnormal reading is my sodium. I have my 6 mo meeting with my surgeon on 2/22, I will discuss with him, what that all means.

Hi, I stayed the same this week. I will take it. I will be happy when I can kick this plateau. I feel like it has been around forever. Today I am going to tackle the weeds in the back yard. Got all of the supplies I need yesterday. At least it is supposed to be nice out. I hope everyone has a great day.
