  Yeah....what about that exercise today?  Who has or will be exercising?

I have about 45 minutes before I leave work and today I'm working out on cardio machines....30 minutes running and 30 minutes on the stairmaster...

No exercise for me.  I am laying in bed with my foot elevated and ice on it.  Possible stress fracture....ugh!

I'm such a hater these days cuz you guys are taking off.  Ughhhhhhhhhh.....I wanna go but Anna and I had 2010 plans....baby, my new job, and a small trip to Cancun...Anyhow, I'm not sure if you'll be running this weekend but I'd like to join you guys....Details please!

Well, I finally got the okay to start slowly walking and I can even do some housework.  Yipppeeeeeeeee!  I hate not being able to do anything!  I will take it easy this week, bu****ch out because I intend to become more and more active. I need to get in shape because I plan to do the 3-day, 60 mile walk in November.

I am still nursing my pulled thigh injury. I am so afraid of thrashing it again. I don't want it to rupture. I am going on short walks several times today to see how it feels.  During the weekend, I might try to swim and see what happens.

I feel sluggish not working out.

Went to the gym this morning and did 60 minutes on the treadmill. I even ran on it for about 8 minutes. That is a huge for me. I am not a runner, but it felt good. I am going to try and keep it up and make it 10 minutes next time I am there. I love working out, and feel so good after I do it, but I can so easily talk myself out of doing it. I need to work on that.

Did my 1 hour of lower body weight training and some core training last night, so today's my "rest day"... just going to try to walk as much as possible around campus to smooth out some of the soreness in my booty! Was thinking about a light run, weather permitting, tonight.
