No exercise for me. I am laying in bed with my foot elevated and ice on it. Possible stress fracture....ugh!

Well, I finally got the okay to start slowly walking and I can even do some housework. Yipppeeeeeeeee! I hate not being able to do anything! I will take it easy this week, bu****ch out because I intend to become more and more active. I need to get in shape because I plan to do the 3-day, 60 mile walk in November.

Went to the gym this morning and did 60 minutes on the treadmill. I even ran on it for about 8 minutes. That is a huge for me. I am not a runner, but it felt good. I am going to try and keep it up and make it 10 minutes next time I am there. I love working out, and feel so good after I do it, but I can so easily talk myself out of doing it. I need to work on that.
