Thanks for the kind words....Its been a fun year to say the least. The funny thing is I still see myself in the mirror looking like I did a year ago. Susan makes me carry a picture of the old me around just to remind myself LOL

Sorry this is late but Im trying to catch up!  Big Congrats to you Rick!  You are an inspiration and Im so happy for your wife too.  I met her at Tom's farms and she is so nice!  Whoo hoo!  I can totally relate to your list of positives for the year and Im just really happy and proud of you!

Congrats! what an inspiration you are.   Best of luck to your wife, my husband would like to have the surgery as well.   I am alittle over 2 months out now and even though I am soooo bored with protein I know having the surgery was the best for me.  I am off three diabetic medicines and 1 high blood pressure medicine.
