UPDATE: This morning,  I re-did the test using the modified knee version and was able to do 9 of them in good form.

You did the test....so when are you going to start the training?

The website said that participants should wait until the next day to start and then do the program every other day.

I am in, but since I am at work, I won't start right this second. I have a feeling I won't impress any of you with the amount or lack of push ups I do.

Ms Blues,

First of all, don't feel bad.  An attempt to do one is better than none at all.  Remember, nothing beats a "fail" but a "try".

Secondly (and probably most importantly), should you decide to take on this challange, you are doing it for yourself and not to impress anyone else.  Impress yourself!   Follow through, and then at the end of the 6th week, you can look back and chuckle on how you could only do _ amount, and compare to what _ amount you can do now.  Did you read my previous post regarding my test?

Kim,
Thanks for the pep talk! I will do this! You're right. It's to challenge myself. I've been doing lots of upper body weight training too. Maybe I'll surprise myself!

As a matter of fact, I just finished.  27 in all.
Keeping me honest, huh?

You're asking about me.  The real question is: did you do yours?
