Hey Cali,

Here's a new fitness challenge....push-ups.  How many (in good form) can you do?  To get started, go to this website....

http://hundredpushups.com/index.html

I am going to do the test tonight and get started. This is beneficial to everyone; but especially for women, because generally speaking, we lack quite a bit of upper body strength.  Don't worry that you cannot do a traditional push-up.  The website shows 4 different ways push-ups could be executed.

So, who's in with me??????????????

I'm in with you!  I can only do 1 "boy" push-up so I think I'll have to start with the girl ones!  I was able to do 15 of those!

At my peak, I used to be able to do 20. It's been a few months since I tried.
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

I did my test based on the "traditional" way.  I could only do one.  I will try again today with the "modified" version and keep you posted.

That's great.  I have never been able to do that much.  Check out my reply to Kevin.
