Who is or going to or already exercised today?
I'm going to exercise today at around 7:30pm....I think I want to do the kick boxing class.

Went to the gym this morning. Did about 25 minutes on the treadmill, and then my trainer kicked my ass on my upper body workout. I am going to be sore tomorrow. It was a great workout though.

I rode my bike to the restaurant and back...Then later walked around the block.  Thought that was a good days work...with a potluck coming up this evening...WRONG!!  5 small kids at the potluck we hosted!!  They had me running everywhere.  In the beginning of the evening I told people I was ready for grandkids...at the end, I told them I changed my mind...

No actual strenous exercise today for me.

Once I came home I shampooed the carpet in my hall & bedroom.  Made dinner, folded 2 loads of laundry, did another load of towels and after dinner, worked on my taxes so I can mail them out tomorrow. 

I will be out walking tomorrow after work for sure.

Ok I did the 2mile walk off the pounds, then washed blow dried hair and flat ironed it, went to work (corrections) and then got to come home and chase kids around house tryn to get them to bed.
And to be honest the hardest workout was the damn hair!!!! LOL
