Well today I can report a 2.8 loss.  YIPPIE!!!!!

Only 58 more to my goal and I am beginning to believe there is a light shining for goal sometime this year. 

Ok, who else has to report?

Good Morning Cali,

Put me down (unfortuneately) for a 1.5 lb. gain.  I do have to remember that did not take my hypertension meds or drink enough water yesterday.

Not much going on with me.  Last night, out of fustration on not being able to locate some paperwork, I cleaned out my file cabinet.  I threw away every old bill /bank statement, etc. that I could find.  I had two stacks of papers: one that could be thrown away and one for shredding.  I took care of the shredding this morning.

Hi all,

Not a budge. Not a difference, Stuck, plateau to the 10th degree. I've been within the same 1 pound range for a @#$$$ month now!!!! My WLS team tells me not to worry, but I am. Panic may set in. I've been injured too with a pulled thigh muscle and have been told to rest it for a week too. That didn't make me happy, but I do notice it getting better.

I do feel like I am losing inches as clothing is fitting me differently and in the correct direction. I feel lighter in my step too.

After last week's stall, I'm happy to report a 4.5 lbs loss this week. Phew!

You can mark me down for 1 pound loss this week.

Today is exactly 4 weeks post op and I am down 13 lbs total since surgery day and 48 lbs since 10/30/09.

Hopefully I'll lose more this coming week.
