Surgery on the 25th went really well, no complications.  Had 1 week follow-up today and am progressing nicely.  I have lost 26 pounds since Christmas.

Thanks for the encouragement pre-op!  I get to start exercising now, yay!!

Congratulations!  Remember to start out slow and work your way up. Pretty soon you will be having all sorts of wow moments!

Congratulations on your surgery. Glad to hear you are doing so well. Just take the exercise slow, try not to over do it.

Congratulations of your surgery and 1st week of your new life ;-)

Remember to follow your doctor's protocol, get your water and daily vitamins in, and take it slow beginning to exercise...start with walking and work your way up ;-)

Hope to hear more and how you are doing...and belatedly, welcome to the Loser's Bench!!

Congrats on getting through your surgery and the first week. Eat slowly. I would forget often and feel that horrible pain. Ease slowly into your exercise. I didn't and ended up in major pain for a couple of weeks. You're on your way to a wonderful journey!
