Alright, it's a new week everyone and it's time to MOVE IT to LOSE IT!

Let's see...As much as I want to workout on a machine today, I'd like to do the step class at 7pm.  Yeah, I think I'll do the aerobic class...

Don't forget to drink that H2O...Pre..During..& Post workout!

I ran 12 miles yesterday.  Today, I will go for a walk and start strength training.

As soon as the doc gives me the OK I will definitely be moving!

Well I would love to workout today but I'm stuck at work till7:30 tonight. By then I'm to tired to do anything. I do have a training session with my trainer tomorrow though. I'm looking forward to it.

Hi all,

I've been doing some major workouts on the eliptical machine but I may have overdone it because I feeling major pain in the front part of my upper thigh. I iced it and took tylenol, but it hurts a lot, especially when walking down stairs. According to around 3 different websites I am supposed to rest it for 72 hours. BUMMER!

Anyone have a pulled thigh injury before?

Came home and did my 1 mile walk.  My ears were freezing and huting a little.  I hope I don't end up with an ear infection.
