It been a while since anybody posted. Step up and confess your sins!!! Did you workout? Are you going to workout??

Breakfast: Kashi cereal

Snack: Sardines & hot Sauce

Lunch: Big Carl(Protein style)

Dinner:??? &



Exercise: 45 minute Spin Class & 15 on the Elliptical
Water: Yep
Vit: Yep

Sardines and hot sauce?????????   That's worse than drinking milk!!!!!!!!!   

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with dried fruit, almonds, and splenda
                    grande iced skinny latte

Snack:  none

Lunch:  Turkey burger
              Side salad

Snack:  strawberries later on

Dinner?  ?????????  and NO   :-(

I've been good so far today...

B: cottage cheese/greek yogurt (I like them mixed together.) Topped with sliced apples and granola.

L: cheese tortellini topped with tomato sauce, spinach and roma tomatoes

D: I have some salmon marinating right now, I'll have it with zuccini

Water: I'm working on my super-protein pitcher of water. 70 grams of protein, 64 ounces of water.

Working out with weights later tonight.

B: 6 egg whites w/ 2 strips of bacon & cheese omlet

Lunch - 3 ribs (childs plate @ Sizzler)

SnacK;  Trail Mix

Dinner:  Picadillo (ground beef w/potatoes, onions & tomatoes)  removed most of the potatoes

Snack:  Probally nothing.

Not much today in the way of food or protein - 

Water working on my 4th glass & I did have 16 oz of decaf coffee.

You need way more protein and skipping breakfast is not good!! There alway time for a protein bar or something???
