I've been good so far today...
B: cottage cheese/greek yogurt (I like them mixed together.) Topped with sliced apples and granola.
L: cheese tortellini topped with tomato sauce, spinach and roma tomatoes
D: I have some salmon marinating right now, I'll have it with zuccini
Water: I'm working on my super-protein pitcher of water. 70 grams of protein, 64 ounces of water.
Working out with weights later tonight.

SnacK; Trail Mix
Dinner: Picadillo (ground beef w/potatoes, onions & tomatoes) removed most of the potatoes
Snack: Probally nothing.
Not much today in the way of food or protein -
Water working on my 4th glass & I did have 16 oz of decaf coffee.
