I plan to do interval cardio for 60 minutes today as soon as I get off from work

It sure feels good when I'm in the middle of my workout just knowing that FAT is burning

What?  You were up that early?  What time do you go to bed?  No...Really?  I wish I can get up around 5ish am to get to the gym so that I get it out of the way.....

I'm serious, are you a light sleeper?  Go to bed early?  Please share!

My sleep pattern is pretty crazy.. Most mornings I wake up a 3-4am no matter what time I get to bed.. Since I have to be at work for 7:30 might as well get up? On the weekends most times I can fall back to sleep.. But I do naps at lunch or after work to make up for lost sleep..

I guess I'm not the only one on this one....Lately my sleeping patterns have been very different.

I can go to bed around 11ishpm and then be wide awake by 3:30am-4am.....Ughhhhhh
Does this sound like you sometimes?

3 miles after work today!  I'm a bit nervous....I had a BAD 18 mile run Saturday and had some ankle pain.....hope it doesn't appear again today.

Well I can honestly say that I have LEARNED to enjoy running.  I have been doing that lately but on the treadmill...Baby steps....

I enjoy doing it in intervals.  What kind of shoes do you run with?  I bought those Nike's shoes that have those springs like towards the heel part.  They are comfortable and have no complaints just yet.

Oh....I have not had PS yet....I just hate to sometimes hear the plop...plop....plop...plop...It's not loud enough for others to hear but it's funny

As of today I am running in Brooks.  I hope they fix the issues I've been having!

If you plan on continuing the running and increasing distances...go to a running store and get fitted for shoes.

You need to get some compression shirts and shorts to keep everything nice and tight!!!

Hopefully I will do a 30 min run this evening (provided it doesn't rain too hard).

Without struggle, there is no progress.
