Greetings all,

Hopefully this time the message will post

Well its that time again to tell us all how you "Moved to Lose" today and just remember that every little bit helps. From chasing the cats around the house to raking the leaves in the yard, just as long as we keep moving.

Today was my off day from the gym so I decided to do a walk on my evil treadmill today. Only did a half hour but varied the speeds and incline and got a good walk in. My one year surgiversary is right around the corner and I am just ounces away from my goal of being under 300 pounds on or before this date. I only have 13 days before my 1 year follow up and 15 days to my surgiversary so GAME ON...

Have a great day all..........Rick

Rick I have faith you can do it!!  Keep up the great work.

I am going to get on the elliptical here in a minute.  Hope to do 45 min on it.  Can't go out to walk too wet and rainy

Hi all,

I didn't make it to the gym, but I did go to a Greek Restaurant tonight and danced my booty off doing traditional Greek line dances with around 15 other people. It was fun and I can't believe how dancing is such a great workout.  My arms are killing me right now, more so than the weight training. Awesome!
