Made pre op goal weight!

I just wanted to share...... I made my pre op goal weight today!!!!!! I now just have to wait for them to call me with a surgery date! I am so excited. I was scaring myself out of surgery and decided last week to stop acting dumb and just get it done.

Congratulations! Being nervous and scared is normal. Everyone goes through it! Are you having your surgery in Fresno? Who is doing your surgery? Keep us posted with everything. Good Luck!

Congratulations on making surgery weight! Your emotions and nerves are all 'normal'...whatever that is LOL Have you found a local support group? Ask your doctor's office for referrals to one...it is one of the best ways to confront your concerns and get questions answered. You'll hear others tell of their journey and how they dealt with 'issues' or concerns. Knowing you are not alone and that others have similar experiences goes along way to easing your fears. And the support you get is PRICELESS! Of course, you can always post here and ask....Cali forum is the BEST! We are all here to help you succeed!
