My surgeon says all of the hair loss is natural with weight loss and it will all return. I hope the hair is back to normal by the time I reach the goal weight! I had not imagined my smaller figure with a bald head!!

yikes. such is life.....one step at a time. Best wishes.

I have just started losing a few strands here and there but I have had dreams that it has come out in big clumps. I hope it doesn't! My husband keeps checking though. I told him I would love him if he was bald so I hope he will love me if I am! LOL

I hope you don't too! I never thought i would be shopping for wigs at age 41 but I am! I'm just gonna have fun with it :).............My hat looks like I'm dressing in omage to Charles Dickens but what the heck :) Hope we see you at the luncheon.

I belong to the Red Hat Society so I do have about 4 different hats to choose from! LOL Hey maybe you can get a blonde wig and see if blondes really do have more fun! Seriously this too shall pass. (I hope!)

Can't wait to see you! Hey, are you taking Biotin? I take 5,000mcg each day and use the Nioxin products (which you can get at Costco). These both seemed to help, but it will stop. Mine finally did stop but was at it's worse from 3-7 months out.

Barb,

I am taking 2 of the 5k mcg of Biotin and I use the Nioxin daily too. I also am using Kpac to keep what hair i do have from getting any breakage....my hair gal swears by it. I am just over 3 mos so if it doesnt stop by 7 mos......i will be wearing a wig for sure. I made the mistake of getting a nice short cut before surgery...........duh.
