What's for Dinner?
Hey Everyone,
Last nite's dinner was delicious! Tonite is an easy nite for me! It's leftover nite! We still have chile verde, some stuffed steak, and a bunch of veggies and salad, so we will have our buffett Nay* style!!!!
How bought everyone else? What's on your plate tonite???
I hope you enjoy it!

I can never decide what to have for dinner. Perry is baking Pumpkin bread right now, and is smells wonderful. But I do not eat it. Anyway, I will probably make a tuna patty. When is the extra room going to be ready for us all to come stay with you and Chado? Maybe you should come out with your own cookbook. I would buy one.
Hahahahaa! You are too sweet LeAnn! I just enjoy cooking and coming up with new things!! I never follow recipes either! I just add this.. and throw in that! It's fun!
The funny thing is.. I NEVER loved to coo****il after surgery! Before, nope.. hated it! Now, I love it! I think because I can control what I'm eating. and since I'm eating so much less, I want to make sure it's GOOD!

Hey Scott, I just had to say that I LOVE the second quote on your signature line. I LOVE The Replacements (that's where the quote is from)!!! =)

OMG!!! Tonights dinner has put such a smile on my face! My hubby took me out to Outback for dinner. We ordered a 9oz filet with a baked tater and steamed broccoli. I had a smidgen of the fillet, some wonderful steamed broccoli with lemon on it and a small scoop of the baked tater. Hubby had a side of mushrooms.
The broccoli was absolutely divine. I ate it all. Left some of the steak and most of the tater but just loved on the broccoli.
Finally - a dinner to excite me and was wonderful and I stopped just when Mr. Pouchy rung up full! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Off to the gym here in about 45 minutes!
