TG, You are going great. Just ask yourself if you would have lost this much before WLS? I have to ask myself this at least once a week. And the answer is ...NO, not liekly.
Be proud of how far you have come, you are doing great.

I'm two monts out as well, ok almost next week will officially be two months and I have lost 41 lbs and it hasn't been easy but it also hasn't been horrible except for those 2 times. I guess I get how you feel, you have expectations and you know we did give up a bunch, but I think we may have gained a lot more - our health. Keep up the good work and keep on losing.

Ahem...I've lost 53 lbs in 4 months.  It's been a slow road for me  Having said that, I had a difficult time wrapping my head around that fact.  I was subdued a lot for a month.  Once I did I embraced it life got a lot easier and happier.  You'll come to a happy place in your losing.  The reality is  within a year of my surgery I'll be at or very close to my goal.  I'm thrilled with that.   It's not something I'd have dreamed about a year ago.

I have several head psyches I use to make me feel better when I get down.  I posted them on my profile a while back.  I have a web page on my computer that I look at to remind me how far I've come.  I also needed a daily reminder and that's why I changed my sig to show my before and now photos.  I needed to see the difference on a regular basis.

When you're ready, you might want to take a peak and create your own webpage.  Mine's called "Cheer Me Up Ideas"

I wish you peace of mind and enjoyment in your losing.

PS. vent when you need to, some days it helps.  Katt's venting posts helped me.
